  • You have intermediate working knowledge of Office 365 (Word, Excel, Outlook, PowerPoint)
  • You have good attention to detail and are very accurate

  • You enjoy working autonomously as well as a member of a small team

  • You have a desire and willingness to learn new concepts and approaches

Your skills and responsibilities

  • Experience using Xero & QuickBooks
  • Understanding of VAT and have experience dealing with VAT returns
  • Understanding of Payroll and have experience preparing and filing payroll returns
  • Client bookkeeping in Xero and QuickBooks (both at our offices and on clients’ sites in and around London)
  • Bank reconciliations
  • Maintain general ledgers (Sales and Purchase ledgers)
  • Clients onboarding
  • Ensuring emails and enquiries are dealt with promptly
  • Chasing clients for information (signing documents, supplying information…)
  • Filing internal and client documents
  • Attend seminars, conferences and events where appropriate
