Your skills and responsibilities
- Experience using Xero & QuickBooks
- Understanding of VAT and have experience dealing with VAT returns
- Understanding of Payroll and have experience preparing and filing payroll returns
- Client bookkeeping in Xero and QuickBooks (both at our offices and on clients’ sites in and around London)
- Bank reconciliations
- Maintain general ledgers (Sales and Purchase ledgers)
- Clients onboarding
- Ensuring emails and enquiries are dealt with promptly
- Chasing clients for information (signing documents, supplying information…)
- Filing internal and client documents
- Attend seminars, conferences and events where appropriate
